Nu-Plan combines traditional construction expertise with modern knowledge and technologies to deliver projects on time and budget, with minimum disruption to the client.

Our Team

Nu‑Plan Builders is a family‑run business owned by Gareth Jones. The company was founded in 1978 by Gareth’s uncle and subsequently run by his father until 2010, giving Nu‑Plan a long‑standing heritage built on craftsmanship and trust.

Every member of the Nu‑Plan team is a fully qualified tradesperson, working to the high standards set by Gareth.

Over the years, Nu‑Plan has developed strong relationships with a trusted panel of sub‑contractors and preferred suppliers. Each sub‑contractor we work with holds the necessary industry accreditations, and their workmanship consistently meets the exceptional standards our clients expect.
